Pastry Chef and owner Lisa Quesada graduated from the International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Los Angeles. After an 18 year career in the medical field, I could not control my desire any longer to become a Pastry Chef, always creating for my family and friends it needed to become official.
My grandmother Ramona was a chef, I was in awe watching her create many foods growing up in her home, my uncle Henry was the chef baker who also inspired me to the pastry world with his ever so popular candy apples and other delights. I am a third generation chef, created by a passion to create all things in sugar.
